By downloading, accessing, or using the Aarohi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

The information, insights, and conversations provided by Aarohi — including the AI wellness companion, Body Map, Phase Simulator, Symptom Tracker, and all educational content — are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read, heard, or interacted with on this App. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, symptoms, or treatment.
Aarohi includes an artificial intelligence companion powered by Apple Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence), which runs entirely on your device. While we strive for accuracy and have designed the AI with medically-informed guidelines, AI systems can occasionally provide incomplete, inaccurate, or generalized information.

Aarohi is designed for users aged 9 years and above, covering all life stages from Pre-Puberty through Post-Menopause. For users under the age of 13, we strongly recommend parental or guardian supervision while using the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement or have obtained parental consent.
Aarohi is a completely free application with all features fully unlocked. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, or advertisements. All content and features are accessible without any payment.

All your personal and health data is stored exclusively on your device. Aarohi does not require user accounts, does not collect data on external servers, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
While all health content in Aarohi — including life phase information, myth vs. fact cards, body zone descriptions, symptom information, and interactive stories — has been carefully researched and curated, it is intended for general educational purposes. Individual health experiences may vary, and content may not apply to every user's specific situation.
The App, including its original content, features, interactive visualizations (Body Map, Phase Simulator, organ simulations), illustrations, character designs, UI/UX design, and functionality, are owned by Aarohi and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarohi and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on App content or AI responses.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
